Cancellation Policy

The Bin Men will only allow (2) cancellations on monthly customers per (12) month rolling period. Cancellations MUST be arranged 48 hours prior to servicing by way of PHONE or EMAIL.


Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee/rebooking fee of ($9.99)
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

When services are rendered, Unfortunately The Bin Men do not do makeup appointments or redo's.
Cancellations on the same day of appointed service still makes customer obligated to pay invoice if we are not able to reschedule your service. If we're able to reschedule an appointment, customer will have a service charge of $9.99 plus invoice. Customers outside of Prince George's County area will be charged an additional $9.99 for services in certain areas. Montgomery County customers will be charged $9.99 additional during booking for traveling outside of Prince George's County in certain areas. 

Virginia residents- Residents can not book through our booking portal, they require special pricing which has to be through telephone booking only.
