Here at The Bin Men it's mandatory for credit cards to be kept on file for recurring packages. The services will be charged the day before or the day of the work.

​Once you have selected your subscription, please understand you have been scheduled in our system for that specific subscription for a rolling period of (12) months or 12 visits. Please understand that a $75 Early termination fee will be assessed if subscription is broken since we fill our scheduling spot per customer. At which point you have the option to reach out to our office at 240-348-4486 for further assistance. Late fees may take effect if payments are not made.

If you break your subscription you are still obligated to pay, and will be charged for the remaining visits that is left on our schedule. 

​Unfortunately you are not able to downgrade your service as we process bookings by demand. Furthermore, please understand that if you book our recurring subscriptions you have to have at least 6 months, this will be scheduled as such. Please do not book monthly with intent to have services rendered one time to avoid the one-time charge daily amount. If you cancel your second servicing because you only wanted one time, you will be assessed the remainder portion of what would have been the correct amount including amount for deodorizer and ULV treatment. Please understand The Bin Men practice fair consumer treatment, and expect the same from our customers.

Ex. If you were to book a quarterly and then tried to switch to a bi-monthly, this will warrant a termination and breach of your existing agreement.

No problem, email us at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to have your trash bins out curbside, ready for cleaning. We do provide a service reminder the day before as a courtesy. It is an automated system with no guarantees. Just notify us if you are not receiving the reminder or would like to change/add a phone or email notification. Since the reminder is a courtesy and it is your responsibility to have the trash bins available for cleaning. If we go to provide the service and your trash bins are not available, and a $9.99 charge for your missed appointment.

If this were to happen, our response team will reach out to reschedule your cleaning service.

You will receive an electronic notice of service completion. After services are rendered, you will receive a after image for your records of the completion of services.

No there are no credits given, please notify us at once for rescheduling if you need to reschedule. If you do not notify us with a minimum of 24 hours before the day of your cleaning and we go to provide the service, you will be charged per your selected subscription amount along with the $9.99 missed appointment fee. 

Instead of cleaning your trash bins, the driver’s time is spent taking pictures and documenting why the trash bins are not being cleaned.

It is your responsibility to have your trash bins available for servicing. Please do not rely on the driver to knock on your door. Due to liability and COVID-19 Staff is prohibited to enter residence to retrieve trash bin/cans or knock on doors. 

This is why we ask for the customer to have their trash bins/cans by the curb, we do not go into enclosed areas or backyards to retrieve bins/cans.

The Bin Men's bin cleaning service come to your neighborhood either once each month, or bi-weekly per your scheduled appointment. There's no need for you to be at home. Just leave the EMPTY trash bin, totters, or cans, which you scheduled service for at the curb. The Bin Men will clean, deodorize and sanitize the trash bins right at your curb. Also please be advised, first time customers bins are SANITIZED thoroughly, but keep in mind, it depends on the severity and conditions of customer bins. We will clean to the best of our ability. This is why we RECOMMEND monthly servicing on trash bins.

*Maggots are removed during sanitation process, However, after process is completed. The Bin Men do not guarantee maggots to not return in bins. If the eggs are already hatched they are prone to come back. Which is why monthly services is highly recommended.   

At this time we're offering Quarterly and Monthly, and Bi-Monthly. However, we have a one time daily option available. This is a great convenience for someone that simply would like to pay one time. 

Our bin sanitation services comes to you the day after your trash has been picked up as follows: once each month, bi-monthly or quarterly by scheduled appointed day.

No. You can order one or as many as you would like. All pricing is per trash bin. This is also true after a one time trash cleaning ​if you elect to continue the service on a monthly basis.

Yes. However, it is highly recommended to utilize our monthly package as the cost is slightly higher because trash bins, which are not being cleaned regularly, will take much longer to clean. 

​Please note: Our technicians will try their very best to get your trash bins clean. However, there is no guarantee all the grime and buildup will be removed with a one time cleaning. Depending on the amount and type of buildup on the trash bins and how long ago since they were last cleaned, your trash bins could require more than a one time clean. For this reason we offer a monthly payment option exclusively to our one time customers. After the one time clean you can elect to continue the service each month, with the monthly payment option. 

Sorry but no. Each container has its own identification and only trash bins that have a scheduled service will be cleaned.  

Monthly payment customers can add a bin for $9.99 /bin cleaning by notifying us prior to the service date.

We service limited areas of Virginia, Montgomery County & Anne Arundel County. You can find the Pricing for these areas in BOOKING.

Trash bins need to be empty, but we do understand circumstances. Our technician will remove 1 to 2 medium sized bags of trash, clean your trash bins, and then place the bags back inside when done. We reserve the right not to provide service if there is:

Un bagged trash – including excessive loose trash, yard clippings, diapers or animal waste.

Hazardous waste – including chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.

Building materials – including plaster, stucco, concrete, or insulation

Pet feces 

$9.95 Service fee will be applied for such additional service

If there are more than two bags of trash, excessive loose trash, hazardous waste or building materials, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will skip the cleaning that day and reschedule your service another day. As part of our quality program, staff take before and after pictures to show service completion.

Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service, except for relocation out of our service area. If you are anticipating that you might be moving out of our service area, please give us a call to discuss the possibility of a monthly payment option.

You can leave your trash bins up by the garage, the side of the house, or anywhere where we can reasonably have access to them without needing to walk inside an enclosure. We will return them to that same spot when we finish our work. We will only go behind a gate if you give us authorization to do so.

In addition, you can give us the contact information to the HOA Board and/or Manager and we will discuss the situation with them to see if we might be able to come up with a solution that can make allowance for a possible exception during The Bin Men's service day. Many HOA’s work with us once they understand the health and aesthetic benefits to the community. We have negotiated with HOAs to serve their entire community at discounted rates.

1. Customer pays invoice via link provided.

a. If this is for Monthly, Quarterly or Bi-Monthly the customer will be contacted by phone for payment and to have a saved card on file.

2. Appointment is then scheduled for your specified date the customer chooses.

3. Customer makes sure cans are completely empty the day before servicing.

4. Upon arrival, bins must be visible for technicians, if customer has animals they can not be unsupervised, our recommendation is for your pet to be housed.. For safety our techs can refuse to service and charge customer a rescheduling fee of $14.99. 

​Simply call or email us a minimum of 24 hours before your cleaning day, we skip your cleaning, and see you the following month. Unfortunately, if you do not notify us and we go to provide the service, you will still be billed a full invoice and a $9.99 missed appointment fee if technician arrives to the residence with no bins present to clean. 

The Bin Men accepts all major credit cards with the extended option of Cash App. We do not accept Apple Pay at this time, but will be offered in the future.

(UNFORTUNATELY declined credit cards will add $25.00 fee to be paid at time of invoice.

​Late payments over 15 days will warrant a late payment charge of $25.00)  

Surface pressure washing consist of cleaning the above surface. This does not mean that all stains will be removed if certain stains are embedded in the surface. (I.E.) oil stains that are completely dried on the surfaces. Oil have discolor the concrete surface, or rust stains which are very hard to remove unless you use specialized equipment and machinery to restore the concrete area or slab. 

Please have realistic expectation and understanding about what surface washing is when you book your appointment.

We do not guarantee that your surface will have all stains removed. Depending on the time and kind of damage done, it varies. Oil, rust stains are toxic for concrete and will not be completely removed. However, the surface will be cleaned and free of the topical hazard. Surface washing is the process when the top layer is washed and cleaned.
